Loretta Young (doğum adı Gretchen Young ; d. 6 Ocak 1913 - ö. 12 Ağustos 2000), Amerikalı oyuncu. Çocukluğundan başlayarak, 1917'den 1953'e kadar sinemada uzun bir kariyere sahipti. The Farmer's Daughter (1947) filmindeki rolüyle En İyi Kadın Oyuncu Akademi Ödülü'nü kazandı ve Come to the Stable'daki (1949) rolüyle ikinci Akademi Ödülü adaylığını aldı. Young, 1953'ten 1961'e kadar dramatik bir antoloji dizisi olan The Loretta Young Show ile nispeten yeni bir televizyon ortamına geçti.
